1) Using Our Site

You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the site. Content on this site is for general information and education. It does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Decisions based on site content are your responsibility. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.

2) Services and Engagement

Any advisory or portfolio service is delivered only after a formal engagement, onboarding, and suitability checks. Website communications or preliminary calls do not create a client relationship. Where regulated permissions are required, services are delivered by appropriately authorised entities or partners. Your engagement letter and investment policy will set scope, fees, benchmarks, and review cadence.

3) Fees and Payment

Fees are disclosed in writing before work begins. For advisory mandates we may use a tiered assets‑under‑management fee. Planning or treasury projects may use fixed or retainer pricing. Custody, trading, or third‑party platform costs are separate and disclosed where applicable. Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late amounts may accrue interest at a reasonable rate permitted by law.

4) Risks and No Guarantees

Investing involves risk, including loss of capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Illustrations, case studies, and research notes are examples only and do not guarantee outcomes. We focus on process and risk controls; we do not guarantee returns, performance, or that objectives will be met.

5) Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to inform us promptly of changes that may affect suitability, objectives, or risk capacity. You remain responsible for tax filings and for seeking specialist legal or tax advice where needed. For treasury engagements, you confirm operational cash needs and authorities for instructions.

6) Intellectual Property

All trademarks, graphics, text, layouts, and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to AssetBloom Ltd. You may view, download, and print materials for personal, non‑commercial use with attribution and without modification. Any other reproduction, distribution, or derivative works require our prior written permission.

7) Third‑Party Tools and Links

Our site may link to third‑party websites or use service providers for hosting, analytics, communications, or custody platforms. We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or security. Use of third‑party services is at your discretion and subject to their terms.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AssetBloom Ltd and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the site or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9) Privacy

Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. You can manage analytics consent using the cookie banner at any time.

10) Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate site access if we reasonably believe there is a breach of these Terms, abusive behaviour, security risks, or unlawful use. For engaged clients, termination rights are set out in the engagement letter. You remain responsible for fees earned up to the termination date.

11) Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, services, or site functionality. Material changes will be indicated by an updated effective date below and, where appropriate, a notice on this site.
